Climbing for all

The "Climbing for all" program takes place between 01.07.2022 - 30.06.2023 (preparation, implementation, evaluation) and consists in the development and implementation of activities to attract young people to sports, more precisely to climbing, respectively mountain hiking, etc.

In the first period 01.07.2022 – 31.12.2022, partnerships were developed with several organizations / institutions in order to support and promote the outdoor activities of young people:

With the Soprtiv Club QBIK Satu Mare Association (organization that owns the only indoor climbing hall in Satu Mare county). Cooperation consists in the purchase of a "mobile climbing wall", a wall used, among other things, to develop and implement a program to attract young villagers to the practice of sports - in the case of climbing, respectively to give the chance to try this sport to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds (rural environment, young people with poor material possibilities, institutionalized young people)
With the Satu Mare County Council - through the Salvamont Public Service, an agreement that provides for supporting the activities of the volunteers within the Satu Mare County Salvamont Public Service, by supporting their provision of specialized equipment. With the help of the purchased equipment, the volunteers will implement activities such as hiking, climbing and "via ferata" intended for the general public, in the mountainous areas of Satu Mare county.
With the Carpathian Ardelean Association – Satu Mare, an agreement that provides for the support of the association's activities with material goods (equipment) necessary for the practice of mountain activities for young people. This equipment will be used for the development and implementation of a program that offers young people from Satu Mare county the opportunity to practice climbing mountain activities.
In the period 01.01.2023 – 30.06.2023, the programs intended for young people are implemented:

Placing and ensuring the safe operation of the mobile climbing wall in 5 schools in Satu Mare county, schools attended by disadvantaged children;
Carrying out a practical program of mountain activities for young people from Satmără;
Conducting activities intended for the general public: hiking in the hilly / mountainous areas of Satu Mare county, respectively on the first "Via Ferata" route in the county.
